We explore categories, System 1 reactions (e.g., to packages, brand names, imagery, etc.), and the underlying (often hidden) motivations, goals, emotions, beliefs and preferences in the relevant context and show how brands can be brought to life. We gain insight with various new creative insight approaches (e.g., in context or online interviews, digital/social learning, co-creation, observing behaviors—what people DO), quant. surveys as relevant and getting out and about with people in the relevant contexts in which people make decisions to fuel a real and holistic understanding.
